How to make the ultimate hot chocolate.
• Warm up your milk* on the stove and add 1 or more heaped tablespoons of Snowy Cocoa per cup and let it melt - do not boil!
• When the temperature is just right to drink, blend vigorously with a stick blender or milk frother until thick and frothy. Alternatively, use a bench top blender. A hand whisk or spoon will not do the job!
• Sweeten to taste with your favourite sweetener. A dash of either vanilla, cinnamon, chilli, coffee, rosewater, or mint or hazelnut extract also tastes great!
*Dairy free options - absolutely anything! It even tastes great in black coffee - whisk vigorously for a superb black mocha.
